Steps to Participate in a Craft Show

3. Reserve Your Space: We will provide you with the necessary details to reserve your space. This includes the cost setup times and any specific requirements.

• 2 Days: $45
• 3 Days: $60
• Bring your own tables or display. Maximum height: 5 ft.
• 10ft x 10ft Space:
• 1 Day: $50
• 2 Days: $85

Choose Your Dates: Decide which craft show dates you’d like to participate in. Our upcoming Art & Craft Shows are:

1. Setup and Tear Down:

You will bring your item in through the corridors between 10am -11am. Which are between the JcPenny & Mall entrance by Texas Roadhouse. You go past the dumpster once you turn it's the 3rd door. Bring a flashlight. It's dark. You go straight down the dark hall once you get to the end by the double doors we are right across the hall.

If you come at 11am you can come through the glass door entrance by Texas Roadhouse.

• Setup Times:
• Friday: 9:00 am to 11:00 am
• Saturday: 9:00 am to 11:00 am
• Sunday: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
• Tear Down Times:
• Friday: 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Saturday: 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Sunday: 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

If you are participating for multiple days in a row you may leave your items set up overnight.

1. Arrive and Set Up: On the day of the event arrive during the setup time and set up your booth in the designated area.
2. Enjoy the Event: Engage with visitors showcase your crafts and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the craft show.
