Repurpose, Reuse, and Reimagined Summer Art Camp

Discover the art of repurposing and transforming discarded materials into beautiful artworks at our camp. Learn how to craft homemade paper from junk mail, sculpt papier mâché masterpieces using old newspapers, and create stunning 3D line paintings from reused canvas. Join us as we explore the endless creative possibilities of everyday items and embark on a journey of artistic innovation.
Ignite your child's passion for art and foster lifelong connections. Over these four days in July, students will paint, draw, sculpt and experiment with a variety of techniques and vibrant materials.
Encouraging the belief in student choice, every project is an open canvas. From pencils to acrylics, watercolors to markers, campers embark on a personalized artistic journey. Drawing inspiration from a diverse array of inspiration images, the students choose their preferred subject matter and mediums, discovering the joy of artistic expression through individualized exploration and hands-on experimentation.
Taught by Jess Quinn, a certified art educator and local artist.
