July & August FitLot Multi-Week T/TH 8am SERIES @ BKC, Willamalane

These no-cost one-hour outdoor circuit training classes held multiple times each week for a multi-week series provide a full-body and fun workout that all ages and abilities can benefit from.

This series is perfect for people starting a new fitness routine. Additionally, it provides a great opportunity for participants to develop a routine practice of physical activity under the guidance of a fitness professional and alongside a committed group of community members who are also working to achieve a more active lifestyle.

Participants are encouraged to attend 70% of the classes in this series, which are held multiple times a week for the multi-week series.

We suggest people interested in participating in this Multi-Week Circuit Training Series first attend a FitLot Method Introduction class to become familiar with the AARP Sponsored Outdoor Fitness Park equipment and the FitLot circuit training method.

This series is designed for all ages and abilities to comfortably participate, but please make sure you are cleared for physical activity by your physician before beginning a new exercise routine.

When you arrive at the park please make sure to check in with the FitLot Neighborhood Coach so they can properly check you in.

Week 1 - Tuesday 7/9 and Thursday 7/11 from 8-9am

Week 2 - Tuesday 7/16 and Thursday 7/18 from 8-9am

Week 3 - Tuesday 7/23 and Thursday 7/25 from 8-9am

Week 4 - Tuesday 7/30 and Thursday 8/1 from 8-9am

Week 5 - Tuesday 8/6 and Thursday 8/8 from 8-9am

Week 6 - Tuesday 8/13 and Thursday 8/15 from 8-9am

Week 7 - Tuesday 8/20 and Thursday 8/22 from 8-9am

Week 8 - Tuesday 8/27 and Thursday 8/29 from 8-9am

~HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS~

What to Wear: comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move and exercise in; take into consideration the weather

What to Bring: water and towel

Where: meet at FitLot located at the entrance of the Les Schwab Sports Park, next to the Bob Keefer Center. Classes will be conducted at FitLot.

Note: all FitLot classes are weather sensitive and will be held in the Bob Keefer Center Fitness Center during inclement weather. Class size limited to 15 participants. Must be 18 years of age and up to participate.
