Our healing sound bath relaxation experiences are open to all ages as we invite you to quiet your mind, relax in a comfortable setting & allow the soothing sound vibrations to resonate with the cells of your body, promoting deep relaxation & mental clarity.
This is a beautiful ritual to help unwind, relax & proactively reduce our stress levels. We create some stillness in your week, which allows you to prevent the accumulation & momentum of a busy mind.
Mindful relaxation, being present, & stillness are skills which get better with practice. It's something foundational which we teach our high performing athletes & business people. The healing sound baths are designed to reset the nervous system in a way that's an enjoyable & accessible transformation.
