PLEASE SIGN UP FOR ONLY 1 SLOT PER COMPANY (not per person). Sunday load in does not require you to sign up. WE WILL NOT HAVE CARTS. WE DO NOT SUPPLY LINENS. (please tell your staff this!)
We are thrilled to announce that we will be able to give everyone the opportunity to set up for the show on Friday, July 12 & Saturday, July 13!
We do not give a floor plan prior to load-in. We will take you to your booth upon arrival.
Details:
- We will have limited staff to help you unload. WE WILL NOT HAVE CARTS. If you have a cart, you are encouraged to bring it. BRING HELP to unload if you can.
- You must be out of the venue by 2:00 PM both days.
- Please come at your allotted time to avoid overcrowding the unloading areas.
Of course, after unloading, you can stay to set up your booth, but everyone has to be out of the station by 2:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
If you cannot set up on either of these days, the station will open at 8:00 AM on Sunday morning. Everyone needs to have their booth ready by 10:30 AM on Sunday. Plan accordingly!
We highly encourage you to take advantage of this as Sunday morning will be very hectic.
