The Berry Cool Market at The Danville Public Library--voted 2023's Best Community Event in Vermilion County! October 19th will feature Trunk or Treat 2019! Last year during Trunk or Treat, over 950 people came through The Berry Cool Market. We expect the same amazing traffic again this year! And for Trunk or Treat, our market will be sponsored by Amanda Galloway - Country Financial--voted best Financial Advisor in Vermilion County in 2023.
And we are happy and proud to announce that October 19th will feature the market return of the superlative Jules Rose! Jules will be rocking the Danville Public Library park during all of the Halloween festivities!

The Berry Cool Market will feature weekly music by this area's top musicians and other demonstrations, activities, and family friendly events throughout the season .. and of course, our weekly, eclectic mix of art, food and produce vendors!

The Berry Cool Market takes place every Saturday starting June 8th from 9am-1pm at The Danville Public Library (319 N Vermilion Street, Danville, Illinois).
Not doing our market yet? Why not? The Berry Cool Market is free for vendors! No applications. No sign-up fees. No weekly fees. No advance commitments. No drama. If you grew it or created it, you can show up and sell it! And we're in a park (not a parking lot). Just show up, set up and have fun!

Details and rules...
--At The Berry Cool Market, vendor spots may be FREE, however, we do ask that you comply with a few rules...
--Please do not show up before 8am to set up; set up will begin on or around 8am when staff arrives to designate spots.
--Vendors should only sell food, soaps, jewelry, pottery, art, books or other items that they have made or created. No "direct sale vendors" re-selling corporate products (ie: make-up, oils, candles, vitamins etc) will be allowed.
--If you have sold food or produce at other markets, we presume that you should be familiar with the food laws and regulations and are thereby complying with them. If you need information re: food vending, please contact the Vermilion County Health Department at 217-431-2662.
