About this Event
Julene Tripp Weaver, a psychotherapist and writer in Seattle, worked in AIDS services for twenty-one years. Her third poetry collection, truth be bold—Serenading Life & Death in the Age of AIDS (Finishing Line Press, 2017), was a finalist for the Lambda Literary Awards, and won the Bisexual Book Award. Her latest book, Slow Now With Clear Skies (MoonPath Press) was just released.
Arlene Naganawa's chapbooks include Private Graveyard (Gribble Press), The Scarecrow Bride (Red Bird Chapbooks), The Ark and the Bear (Floating Bridge Press), and We Were Talking About When We Had Bodies (Ravenna Press, Triple Series). Arlene is a past recipient of City of Seattle Artist and Artist Trust grants.
Susan Landgraf is an Academy of American Poets' Laureate Award recipient and has published five books, including What We Bury Changes the Ground and The Inspired Poet, and more than 400 poems in Prairie Schooner, Nimrod, Poet Lore and others. She taught at Highline College and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
