About this Event
In times of conflict, war and oppression, there are artists who push back in protest. In this Jukebox, we look to those composers who have created music for hope, resistance and change. Music composed in Pr*son camps, music that calls out injustice, music that shouts dissent, music that is charged with the need to speak out and be heard. As we all contend with political and social upheaval that is in our world today, this special concert brings us together to give us a sense of optimism borne of music and community.
Hosted and curated by Matt LaRocca.
