About this Event
Juicing can be a simple way to bring more nutrients, antioxidants and phytonutrients into the body in a form that is easy to digest and quickly absorbed.
In this mini masterclass we will touch on why juicing can support energy, immune health, detox pathways and digestion, plus the key differences between juicing and blending. We will explore how a juicer extracts the fibre to concentrate nutrients, while a blender retains the fibre for a slower, steadier release. We will also look at the best ingredients to use, including vegetable-led juices for blood sugar balance, herbs for flavour and anti-inflammatory support, and fruit for sweetness in small amounts.
During the session we will create and taste a juice together and explore how to incorporate juicing into low-tox living in a realistic way.
Rachel CK is an accredited integrative cancer care coach, and our resident essential oils and lower-tox living guide with this mini masterclass being drawn from a module of one of her accredited courses.
