The long dark winter nights are upon us and the museum quietly slumbers.Whilst we are closed to the public we invite you to join our small group tour as we delve into some of the darker aspects of the Judges' Lodgings past.
From its beginning as the home of the Lancashire Witches jailor through to inquests tried within the walls and from a tragic suicide to a murderess locked up in the cellar, the Judge's Lodgings has a much deadlier history than you might imagine.
Due to the nature of this tour its best suited to those aged 16 and above.
