Welcome to Judges & Commissioners Night 2026, hosted by the Wisconsin Association of African-American Lawyers (WAAL).

This special evening is dedicated to honoring the service, leadership, and impact of Wisconsin’s Black Judges and Commissioners. Guests will gather for a refined night of recognition, conversation, and community, celebrating those whose work upholds justice and shapes our courts.

Attendees can expect an elegant atmosphere, meaningful acknowledgments, and the opportunity to connect with members of the bench, bar, and broader legal community.

This is an in-person event. Dress is business or cocktail attire.
*Shuttle service will run beginning 30 minutes before the event and ending 30 minutes after the conclusion. Pickup and drop-off will be at the 10th Street entrance of the Milwaukee County Courthouse.
