Each step we take in faith is part of a larger journey—and on this feast day of Saint Francis of Assisi, we invite you to take a few of those steps with us.
Our Pilgrimage of Hope marks the close of the Jubilee Year, and a moment to pause and remember that we are always being invited to return—to the Lord, to community, and to the quiet beauty of creation. On this day, we’ll walk the grounds together in prayer and reflection, allowing the land, the liturgy, and the life of Saint Francis to guide us home.
🌿 Guided by: Friar Vincent Petersen, OFM Conv.
Fr. Vincent is one of our own—a Franciscan friar, a priest, and a painter of creation’s quiet voice. His life and ministry are deeply rooted in the earth, in the Gospel, and in the peace that Saint Francis knew. He brings a painter’s eye and a pastor’s heart to everything he does.
You’ll find his reflections stirring and steadying, often inspired by the woods and hills we’ll walk through. With Fr. Vincent, the pilgrimage won’t just be about where your feet take you—but what your soul begins to notice again.
