JT+Agnostics deliver a fresh take on the blues, blending soulful sounds with a
uniquely New Zealand twist. Fronted by bassist and songwriter John Thomson and
guitarist Maciek Hrybowicz, the band brings together the cream of Waikato
musicians: Ben Gilgen on masterful keyboards, Bill Forrest on expressive
saxophone, Grant Mason on vibrant trumpet, and Mickey Ututaonga on solid
drums. With their new album Yes More Blues, they’re redefining the genre with a
rich, full-bodied sound that resonates deeply with listeners.
