**OPEN TO JSM/ASBURY MEMBERS (FREE) & Non-MEMBERS ($25)**

WHEN:
Sunday - January 18 (7-8am)
o Are you a beginner swimmer, trying to learn the basic "other" strokes?
o Are you a masters swimmer, interested in getting a handle on strokes other than freestyle (ie Butterfly, Back & Breast Stroke)?
Our stroke clinic series:
BUTTERFLY: Sunday - Nov 16
BACK STROKE: Sunday - Dec 7
BREAST STROKE: Sunday - Jan 18
will help learn the basics of these other strokes so you can incorporate them into your training program.

*Enter through the BLUE DOORS at the top of the stairs (pool is located to your LEFT).
Plan to arrive no later than (15) minutes before your scheduled session. You will need:
o Bathing suit
o Goggles
o Swim Cap (if you have long hair)
o Towel
o Short/medium blade fin (these are not necessary, but if you have them...bring them)
WHO IS YOUR COACH:
David Kawut:
o CJAC (Central Jersey Aquatic Club) alum from 1977-1985 & member of the New Jersey Zone Team and the CJAC Junior National Team in 1984
o Attended George Washington University, qualifying for Senior Nationals in the 100yd Butterfly, setting four individual and three relay university records & selected team captain and MVP
o Represented the United States at the Macabi Pan-American Games, Caracas, Venezuela in 1987, winning 5 gold and 2 Silver medals.
o Following college, David stayed on at George Washington as assistant coach from 1989-1992. In the 1992 season the GWU Swim Team set an unprecedented 22 school records.
