A Tamale culinary adventure awaits you this Holiday Season!In this 3 hour interactive workshop, students will learn how to prepare Tamales by properly spreading masa, making sauces & salsas, exploring different fillings (traditional and vegetarian or vegan) and understanding the steaming process.
A meal of tamales, fresh rice and chips/salsa will be provided!
Each student will make & take home 1 dozen tamales. They’ll be so proud of their newfound tamale-making skills!
All supplies included.
