Household Hazardous Waste Day The Joint Public Service Authority is hosting its annual safe disposal event for Wythe & Bland County residents!

Household Hazardous Waste is any unwanted household product labeled as flammable, toxic, corrosive, or reactive. The most common products include aerosols, anti-freeze, fertilizers, motor oil, paint supplies, photo chemicals, poisons, and solvents.
What to Bring:
Oil-based paint, household cleaners, pool chemicals, insecticides, fungicides, W**d killer, solvents, adhesives, fuels, automotive fluids, electronics, and more.
What NOT to Bring:
Empty paint cans, commercial or industrial waste, ag waste, radioactive materials, ammunition, fireworks, asbestos, prescriptions, tires, or animal carcasses. No commercial waste, vehicles, or trailers.
This service is FREE for residents of Wythe & Bland Counties.
