We are looking for Police Officers and Police Officer Trainees (no experience necessary). If you are interested, join us at our Hiring Event Saturday, November 22 at the Center for Public Safety (200 Marine Blvd.). at 8 AM
In order to attend, you must first fill out an application at jacksonvillenc.gov/jobs
What to expect: Prepare to be on site approximately 4.5 hours: You will be learning what it is like to work at the Department, taking the TABE Test, (Test of Adult Basic Education), and participating in the POPAT (Police Officer's Physical Abilities Test).
How to Prepare:
✅Get a good night's rest the night before
✅Show up in fitness clothing (athletic shoes, shorts/pants, and a t-shirt)
