JoyRiders women's beginners ride from Sale Water Park to Cafe Fino.

A Beginners women’s ride suitable for anyone who is new or a returner to cycling. The route has quiet roads and tracks.

Come and join us for a Saturday morning pootle from Sale Water Park to Cafe Fino in Chorlton for coffee.

• A beginners ride of 6 miles.
• Cyclist: Riders who are happy on tracks and quiet roads.
• A gentle route around Sale and Chorlton Water Parks and along some quiet backroads including Hardy Lane

All our rides have a leader and a backstop, are relaxed and we never leave anyone behind. No lycra needed!

Meeting point: Outside Jacksons Boat pub, Rifle Road. M33 2LX. Free parking is opposite Tree Tops cafe if you bring your bike in a car.

Please be on time as we are not able to wait for latecomers.

Bring with you:

• A helmet if you wish to wear one

• Water and snack

• Cash/card for the Cafe

• A bike lock

• A spare inner tube which fits your bike tyre
