JOYlab for EveryBODY

Get ready to move and groove! Join us in person for an awesome session of dance, good vibes, and laughter. Whether you’re a pro or just love to move, this class welcomes everyone. Class runs every SUNDAY, June 14-July 19. HUGE thanks to Bernadette Alverio, owner of the Movement Lab, for hosting our dance parties.

Modifications are always available, making this class accessible to all.

Each session includes shared ritual and celebration—often opening with a line dance and closing with a Soul Train Line—honoring lineage, connection, and collective energy.
