Looking for a gentle, feel-good way to move your body and lift your spirits?
Come and join me for Joyful Yoga – a light-hearted, inclusive class where all abilities are truly welcome. We focus on gentle stretches, uplifting poses, and most importantly, sharing the joy with others. Some poses use partners or the group for support, helping us build friendship, trust, and giggles along the way!
