Joyful Movement with IMPACD
Come and join an uplifting dance session designed for adults of all ages, ability and experience. Led by experienced dance leaders, sessions are fun and relaxed, involving gentle movements and feel-good music.
There are no wrong moves or complicated choreography. Our Social Prescriber Leanne will be there to welcome you.
