The gallery will feature member Joyce Melton beginning Saturday,January 17 through March.
Joyce, her husband and children moved to Danville in 1968. She
enrolled in art classes at the YWCA and the Danville Art League. In
1974-75 the family moved to Antwerp, Belgium where Joyce
took classes from a wonderful priest, painting the scenery of
Belgium and France.
Joyce has also been an elementary teacher and an artist in residence at several Danville schools. Most of her paintings are acrylics.
