Spring is naturally a time to become more active and look for ways to experience impactful growth in our lives. Research indicates that 40% of our happiness level is attributed to habits and behavior changes that we can control.
This intention-setting class will explore the six dimensions of Positive Psychology (happiness research) and guide us in setting a Spring intention for each one. In between learning about each dimension, we will move through poses, stretches, and breathing exercises to align our bodies and focus our minds for setting our intentions. We look forward to sharing and growing together to bring more light and joy to our daily lives as we head into the warmer months of 2025.

Come dressed comfortably and prepared to practice yoga.
Bring a journal and pen.
We will need a minimum of 4 participants to run this special experience. Please register in advance.
