Start your youngsters on their Yoga & Fitness journeys with Joya's kids camp! Joya’s Junior Summer Camp will focus on introducing little yogis (ages 9-12) to fitness and wellness in a fun and creative environment. Yogis will participate in a variety of Joya classes that may include: Yoga, Joya HIIT Pilates, Cycle, Aerial Yoga, Barre and More. Additionally, yogis will have the opportunity to participate in arts and crafts, mindfulness activities, sound baths, journaling and more.Possible Activities:

12:30 - 1:00 - Welcome/introduction, Opening circle, get to know you/team building activities
1:00 - 1:45 - Yoga (simon says yoga)
1:45 - 2:00 - Snack (bring your own light/healthy snack)
2:00 - 2:15 -Gratitude journal
2:15 - 3:00 - Intro to Strength Training
3:00 - 3:30 - Craftivity (make your own chakra bracelets) and closing circle
Tuesday
12:30 - 1:00 - Check in/Opening circle
1:00 - 1:45 - Intro to HIIT Pilates
1:45 - 2:00 - Snack
2:00 - 2:15 - Gratitude journal
2:15 - 3:00 - Yin Yoga
