This is the season to tap into your joy, warmth, and ambition using the natural relationship of the Heart-Fire Element. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we embody the rhythms of nature through seasonal changes and five Element theory. Summer Season represents the Element of Fire and the organ of the Heart. The Fire Element is the most Yang (energetic) of all the Elements. It is light, bright, and ethereal, just like the Sun. When it peaks during summer, we have the most potential and energy to transform the seeds and goals we planted during our winter season.
