Joy to the World: a Holiday Celebration, a community centered event birthed through a partnership between the International Marketplace Coalition and the Asante Art Institute of Indianapolis. Experience an unforgettable afternoon featuring a rich tapestry of performances that will take you on a mesmerizing journey around the world. In collaboration with Asante’s Prep4Life program, our concert proudly showcases the rhythmic heartbeat and soulful expressions of the Haitian, Chinese, Okinawan, Nigerian, Celtic, and Latin communities. Each performance promises to captivate your senses, offering a unique glimpse into the traditions and festivities that make every culture distinct and special.Additionally, arrive early to enjoy a holiday shopping experience with local artists and makers, visit with Santas from around the world, a mariachi and African drum serenade, warm beverages, activities, and more!
