Each workshop will include emotional regulation techniques, how to breakdown a communication challenge to get clear on it, and discussion to help apply skills in real-time.
This workshop series is about cultivating a stable foundation for your communication skills to thrive, expand, and align with the natural joy and pleasure of self-expression.
The Joy Of Communication is about learning to move through any and all communication experiences with awareness, clarity, and ultimately inner joy.
