About this Event
Let's welcome the summer season together! Please join us for a 3-hour mini-retreat to press pause, slow down, get quiet and reconnect with your body, mind, heart and spirit to cultivate physical calm and mental clarity.
In this peaceful yet energizing afternoon, you will be guided through a series of gentle stretches and contemplative activities designed to harmonize and invigorate the mind-body connection, deepen self-care and inspire joy. Explore the source of your inner strength, wisdom and joy through supported yoga poses, deep breathing, meditation, and creative self-expression.
We’ll rediscover and express gratitude for who we are, how far we’ve come and the many gifts we can graciously give to ourselves, our loved ones, our community and the world. We’ll close with an invitation to share the vibration of our collective voices in a group OM.
This mini-retreat is open to all. There are no prerequisites. Supportive props and all other materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow and favorite notebook or journal.
Light, healthy refreshments will be available!!
