To chase joy & love in objects, on the other hand, makes us suffer, as the joy is only temporary. In this workshop you will learn to direct your attention towards true, inner joy & love and let this radiate into your whole life. Your whole experience will be more joyful, you will feel connection within yourself and in relation to others.
