JoY in every season; our Autumn Day Retreat on the 20th October is dedicated to Abundance - as the Earth is retreating somewhat from the warmer weather we'll have had, looking to nourish the inside so to be able to release anything no longer serving at this time - while also harvesting from all the hard work that has gone into growing and blooming :) . Rebecca Norton & myself (Femke Williams) are so looking forward to welcoming you (back)!As busy professionals, mums, simple being women, or carers for others it can be easy to become over givers; always putting everyone and everything above your own priorities. This sort of behaviour over the long term is sure to lead to stress, burnout or resentment (or all of them!).
Autumn is a time for harvesting and reaping the rewards of our efforts. It’s a time to celebrate and give thanks for what we have; expressing our gratitude through words or deeds. By doing so we are instilled with a sense of abundance.
Join us for JOY in Autumn; a day of abundance, gratitude, positivity and celebration. We’ll be using creative practices and tapping into the natural environment to inspire and uplift us.
This is an event for women to come together in a supportive and safe space to have fun/ feel joy, share wisdom and give thanks for what they already have.
The day includes guided painting activities, mindful coaching walk, short meditations & some breath work, delicious nourishing lunch and a goody bag.
Rejuvenate! Fill your inner well with joy .. and build your resilience ... develop friendships with like-minded others.
The format of each event is the same (relaxing & creative activities and mindful walking) but the theme for each one is different so you can come along to all of them and get something new each time.
It’s a great way to ensure you check in with your well-being at regular points during the year.
