What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a free form style of movement practice in which you get to move in whatever way your body wants to move to the music. It's a wonderful way to get into your body, boost your energy, explore your creativity and much more.
As the facilitator, I gently guide your journey with suggestions and inspiration. We dance to a soundscape of curated songs to ignite your creative flow.
Each session includes 90-minutes of gently guided dance and movement, plus an opening and closing circle.
We will meet every second Monday for a total of 5 Journey's

As a Transformational Guide, Earth Priestess, Ecstatic Dance DJ and Performance Artist with 12 years of facilitation experience, Nina has shared her guidance and wisdom in classes, ceremonies, retreats and festivals with hundreds of people. Her desire to continually learn and grow has led her to study around the world in places like Thailand, Bali and Peru with some of the top leaders in the transformational space.
