This one-day beginners' course is designed for anyone curious about the shamanic practice - no experience necessary. Whether you feel called to explore deeper layers of your own journey, or you are simply seeking an ancient spiritual path, this day will offer you a safe and sacred space to begin.
You will learn:
*What shamanism is (and is not).
*Core shamanic principles and ethics
*Introduction to journeying (the shamanic journey)
*Meeting your compassionate allies and power animal
*Using rhythm and intention in your personal practice
What to bring:
*A journal and pen/pencil/crayons
*A blanket and or yoga mat (pillows for your comfort)
*A small personal item for the altar (optional) e.i. crystal, piece from the ocean or nature
*Water, snacks and lunch
*An Open Heart and a curious spirit

About the Facilitator:
Louise Farr is a shamanic and Reiki practitioner/teacher with over 25 years of experience in the healing arts. Her work is rooted in respect for nature, deep listening and compassionate guidance. She is offering this course to help and assist others to begin their own path of remembering and reconnecting.
