Introduction to Shamanism "Journeying to the Unseen Worlds" is a beginners course in shamanism.Louise Farr will be your teacher.
The course will be held in Wendy Kennedy's sacred space "Overjoyed Coaching" which is in the Sour Grape building on Restigouche Road in Oromocto, NB.

You will step into the world of ancient wisdom and spiritual connection.
Join Louise for a gentle and grounded introduction to shamanism, where you will explore core practices and perspectives that have helped people connect with nature, spirit and healing across many cultures and centuries.
This one-day beginners' course is designed for anyone curious about shamanic practice - no experience necessary. Whether you feel called to explore deeper layers of your own journey, or you are simply seeking your true spiritual path, this day will offer a safe and sacred space to begin.
Your will learn:
*What shamanism is (and is not)
*Core shamanic principles and ethics
*How to create sacred space
*Introduction to journeying (the shamanic journey)
*Meeting your compassionate allies and retrieve a power animal
*Using rhythm and intention in your practice
What to bring:
*A journal, pen, pencil or crayons
*A blanket or yoga mat and pillows if you wish for your comfort
*A small personal item for the altar (optional)
*A rock from your excursion in nature the size of your palm
*Water and snacks
*An open heart and a curious spirit
The Fee is $120.

She is a practicing shamanic and reiki Teacher with 25 years of experience in the healing arts. Her work is rooted in the respect for nature, deep listening, and compassionate guidance. She is offering this course to help others begin their own path of remembering and reconnecting.
