Inspired by the Tibetan Buddhist practice Feeding Your Demons, we’ll alchemize shadow into freedom, shame into power, and fear into presence.
In the spirit of the season, come dressed (if you wish!) as your hideous, villainous, or untamed self - an expression of your inner archetype or "monster" within. Let persona play become a sacred act of wholeness.
