Your Yoga Teachers
We are two experienced full-time yoga teachers that want to take our students beyond the classroom. Time to reset, renew and rejuvenate. Unplug from the everyday routine to explore nature and techniques to replenish, revitalize and bring zest back to your everyday life.

Tami Taliaferro, E-RYT 200, YACEP
Tami is a wife and a mom of 3 young adults. She enjoys scuba diving, camping, hiking, and paddle boarding. She made her way to Las Vegas in 2008. In 2009, Tami found something special that brought her peace and clarity, a yoga practice. Her joy of practicing yoga, led her to a place of wanting to share yoga with others. Not only did she become a teacher, she also leads workshops and yoga retreats. Teaching yoga is her passion. As a teacher, Tami is warm, friendly, and very welcoming. Grounding students in an ongoing awareness of breath while guiding them through poses with clear direction, modeling and hands-on adjustments. Providing an experience that students of all levels can easily modify. She combines innovative sequencing, playfulness, and inspiration to help her students deepen their practice.

Nina Linda Alvarenga, E-RYT 500, RPII, YACEP
The desire to teach yoga stemmed from her yoga practice that started in 2008. In the first two years the love for yoga blossomed into a way of life.
From attending yoga teacher training and continuing to learn each week as she builds her library and shares. Nowadays teaching students of all abilities and ages. Her knowledge of many lineages and styles, include, Restorative, Yin, Chair Yoga, Vinyasa and more. This experience and creativity shines and she works like a chameleon from place to place. And now, taking yoga beyond the classroom with organizing retreats. So, that students seasoned and new can find quietude, tranquility, harmony, realize their appreciation and energy for life and it's gifts.
