This is a not to be missed special 2 hour co-creation heart opening cacao ceremony with meditation, and dance movements led by Laura Yates of The Dance of the Hummingbird, and live sound bath with the Shamanic drum, Gong, Himalayan singing bowls and multiple sound healing instruments led by Joey Lam of Rainbowls&Reiki. Join us on this special night to journey into your heart with cacao medicine, and healing sound frequencies to tune in and listen within.
What is a cacao ceremony?
The sacred plant medicine of the cacao bean has been used in rituals and ceremonies for millennia, defining our human connection to earth, our tribes and to ourselves. Recently, it has become popular due to it’s healing ability to open up the heart space, unite and connect people in circle. Through a mindful cacao drinking process and movement using inspiring music, one is given the space to feel safe, held and connected to immense power of the Goddess IxCacao and our own heart energy.
What is sound healing?

Sound healing is an alternative healing therapy that uses the medicine of vibrational energy to inspire the body to heal innately. Through the physics of entrainment, a sound bath meditation affects the whole body through sound energy vibrations passing through the cells, allowing the physical body to relax, the mind to be entrained, resulting in altered states of consciousness, thereby achieving mental clarity, the heart to be open to emotional blockages being release, and spiritual connections to divine energies.
Minimum registration of 6 pax to commence. Please register your mat space before 11 September 2021. Maximum of 10 pax due to social distancing. So book fast!
Things to bring:
• A small neck pillow / eye mask (optional)
• A sweater, shawl or blanket for your own comfort, to keep you warm
• Yoga mat is provided (optional : you may bring your own to lay over for additional support or hygiene purposes)
• Your own bottle of water
• Dressed in comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement
• Journal & pen
