Join Yeira de Leon, a licensed and nationally certified counselor with Canopy & Light Counseling and an experienced RYT-500 yoga teacher with DDY, for an exclusive 8-week Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy Group. This program is specially crafted to assist individuals in healing and understanding the impact of trauma on both the mind and body.

Program Details:
Duration: 8 weeks, starting January 25th.
Schedule: Every Thursday, 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Group Size: Limited to 10 participants to ensure a personal and focused experience.
Registration: No drop-ins allowed. Advance registration is required to maintain the integrity and safety of the group.
Cost: $500 per participant, with a special price of $450 for DDY members.
This is a closed session, meaning once the program begins, no one will be admitted. Please register in advance.
