Our afternoon session will be held by Sally Rosemarie, Holistic Therapist, will guide us through simple, practical techniques + healing wisdom that will help us adapt and align with the Winter Season - a time to go within.
Focussing on the Water Element - this season highlights how we can 'go with the flow' in our bodies & our lives.
Ways to heal and nourish the bladder & kidneys and calm linked emotions are offered through simple exercises, nutritional guidance, flower remedies and acupressure points.
