Somatic yoga integrates gentle, mindful movement with principles of somatic therapy and traditional yoga. Rather than pushing or forcing the body, this practice invites awareness, curiosity, and compassion—helping release stored tension and create a deeper mind-body connection.
This series is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels and offers personalized instruction in a judgment-free space.
