Embark on a Chakra-Aligning Meditation
Begin your journey with a guided meditation that focuses on balancing the seven chakras. This meditation is crafted to help you connect with each energy center, promoting overall well-being and spiritual tranquility.
Movement & Breath Work
Engage in gentle movements and focused breathwork to deepen your connection to your body and spirit. These practices will help you release tension and prepare your mind and body for a sound bath.
Sound Bath
Allow the harmonic frequencies of our sound bath to wash over you, realigning your energies and enhancing your internal balance. The soothing sounds will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
What to bring: We will provide a yoga mat, blankets, and bolsters. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
