Join us for a gentle, supportive 6-week yoga series designed specifically for seniors. Journey to Movement & Flexibility for Seniors focuses on improving mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being in a safe and welcoming environment.Each class will include slow, intentional movements, stretching, breath awareness, and simple postures to support joint health and everyday movement. This series is ideal for beginners or anyone looking for a more accessible yoga experience.
Props, including chairs, blocks, and other supports, will be provided and encouraged to make the practice comfortable and approachable for every body.
Dates: Fridays, beginning January 9
Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Length: 6 weeks
Location: The Well Yoga Dubuque
Class Size: Limited to 5 participants
Registration is recommended as space is limited to allow for individualized attention and support.
