About this Event
Celebrate International Happiness Day with this special women’s event: Journey to Joy.
An inspiring evening with Lindsey Ellison, an Annapolis woman who embarked on a transformative, soul-searching adventure across Africa after suffering a painful breakup, a mid-life career slump, and reeling as a single empty nester.
Through challenges, deep reflection, and unforgettable experiences, she journeyed to find her inner joy and reconnect with herself. She’ll share stories of embracing the unknown, overcoming fears, learning the true meaning of happiness and how co-living with Millennials and turning 50 in Cape Town changed her life forever.
This event is a celebration of courage, personal growth, and the power of self-love, designed to inspire all women to follow their own paths toward fulfillment.
Special treat: "Find Your Secret Smile" with Julie Blamphin of Stretch Your Spirit -- Joy is always within us, just waiting for a little tickle to tease it back to life! During the program, Julie Blamphin will guide us through a 10 minute mindfulness practice. Inspiring midlife and menopausal women to feel joyful, stable, and sexy through movement and stillness, Julie's a yoga pro, speaker, author, retreat leader, and the founder of Stretch Your Spirit.
