✨Journey to Calm✨Cacao Meditation Sound Bath

This 90 minute workshop will allow you to participate in a heart opening cacao ceremony and guided journey and sound bath which will allow you to explore deeper parts of yourself allowing you to connect to your own innate wisdom and your own ability to heal your emotions, trauma and even sit with your physical pain and the roots of it’s origins.
We will create a safe space to release any stuck, stagnant energy that no longer serves us and we will create a space for healing and empowerment.
Somatic practices such as sound and our breath and guided journeys allow us to tap into deeper parts of ourselves without needing to relive the story or the trauma.
A little about sound healing: Sound healing uses very specific instruments with specific tones and frequencies with a purpose of bringing the nervous system to a balanced state where we can then journey inward to shift the dimensions of our pain and emotions and trauma. This is a very subtle yet powerful tool.
The ancients understood that a simple sound could reorganize the body’s structure. Sounds that are harmonious activate the body and create a space for healing
A little about cacao: Caca is a heart opening plant medicine drink that when used in sacred ceremony can help us to open our hearts. When we are more open and loving to ourselves we can dive deeper into our own healing.
Come experience this wonderful journey of sound and silence while floating away by the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls, gong, chimes and other soothing instruments.
