*Online registration will close on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 6 PM CDT. There will be opportunities to register in person on Sunday, June 19 at the Chicago Convention Center/ McCormick Place (see below for Packet Pick-Up details) and onsite Monday morning June 20.

Packet Pick-up: These packets will contain bibs, t-shirts, fun branded giveaways, and educational materials. Saturday, June 18, 2022 | 8:00AM – 6:00PM DIA registration booth area in the Chicago Convention Center McCormick Place 2301 S King Dr, Chicago, IL 60616
Registration includes a free t-shirt and bib. There will be a bib raffle at the end of the 5K for a chance to win prizes! Must be present to win!
