Spring is the perfect time to cleanse and release stagnant energy!The seven main chakras in the body are energy centers through which prana, or energy flows. Occasionally, these chakras can become out of balance throughout the course of our lives.
Students will be introduced to the seven main chakras in the body, what they represent, and how typical balance/imbalance shows up in life. You will also discover how yoga stimulates these chakras through specific yoga postures to relieve blockages and restore balance.
During this workshop, we will weave meditation, breathwork, and lecture. You will then be guided through a complete Yin Yoga practice + Yoga Nidra to align and balance the chakras.
You will leave feeling deeply rested and relaxed.
