This class offers a unique opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and spirit through yoga, meditation, reiki, and sound healing. Class will start with gentle movements and breathwork to ground you into your body and the present moment. You will then settle into a comfortable restorative posture, where you'll be guided into a meditation journeying through each of the seven chakras. During this time, soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls tuned to each chakra's frequency will fill the room, promoting balance and harmony. This sound healing releases tension, clears blockages, restores balance and promotes deep relaxation which leaves you feeling rejuvenated.
