About this Event
Join us for a magical 60-minute family yoga class where we’ll connect with the wisdom of our spirit animals! Together with Sara Ruffin (RYT-500), we’ll explore movement inspired by ten different animals—stretch like a cat, balance like a flamingo, and soar like an eagle! Along the way, we’ll also learn fun breathing techniques to help us feel calm and centered.
This class is recommended for kids ages 3+ and only one ticket is needed per family. Come ready to move, breathe, and discover your inner animal spirit!
About Sara: Sara Ruffin (RYT-500) is a OLY teacher with 10+ years of teaching experience in Jivamukti and Tantra Hatha yoga. Sara is also the mother of two young boys and teaches kids regularly in elementary school. She believes yoga is for every age, color, and shape and loves sharing the gifts of this practice with her community.
Parking is available in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Blvd. There is also free parking on Sundays on Lake. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive and get situated. We do lock our doors for class and cannot guarantee entry if you are more than five minutes late.
