About this Event
We are thrilled to welcome back Aurelio Cabestrero, owner of Grapes of Spain, to host another fantastic wine dinner at Ellington's. The evening will begin with a passed greeting libation upon arrival. Aurelio will guide our dinner through five thoughtfully-paired courses with his curated selections. This special event is part of a company-wide dinner series to highlight and show appreciation for our company's chefs. Our Executive Chef, Angeline Chiang, is the reason Ellington's is able to offer these innovative dinners, and we can't wait for you to try his creations!
A note from Aurelio: "I hand select each wine and my wines reflect the true personality, quality and character of each vineyard, grape and people who make it. The wines are modern but not international with a balance between fruit and oak, where oak frames fruit flavors. Concentration of fruit character comes from hard work in and understanding of the vineyard not extraction during fermentation. Finesse, not exclusive of concentration of fruit, is paramount to the style of wines I search to represent. I always search for wines that provide the best value for the money whether at $10 per bottle or $100. Finally I believe the wines in my portfolio represent an authentic expression of Spanish wine".

Tickets are $109 per guest. This pricing includes your five-course event dinner, wine pairings, and 20% gratuity, and additional charges of sales tax and Eventbrite processing fees will apply.
