Take a little self-care journey through the process of journaling! 📔On this day-retreat, you will learn about the benefits of journaling for self-care, stress relief, confidence building, and self-healing. You will be led through several different types of journaling to explore how you feel with each option and to consider which processes may work best for you. You will walk away with several journaling tools to use in your ongoing journey when you need healing or support.
There will be plenty of time to share and process your experiences within this safe environment. We will be taking a one hour lunch break in the afternoon to allow you time to connect with others or to take some time to yourself. Feel free to bring your own lunch or snacks in a personal cooler bag, or explore the restaurants within walking distance within the Commons. There are plenty of places for outdoor sitting, walking, or dining.
