& You can also stay the following week for the International Yoga Festival 9-15th March 2025 (accommodation will be from the 8th included in the full board price)
Days of living Yoga on and off the mat immersed in the incredible wild beauty of Rishikesh, Ma Ganga’s ever flowing fierce grace, the philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita, deepening our own breath, experience, understanding and enjoyment of Yoga, Meditation & Devotion. Discovering, sharing and exploring what is your trip / journey / calling / service of a lifetime with love?
We will be staying together in a small modern hotel near the banks of Ma Ganga, all rooms en-suite & air con with our own private Yoga Shala (all equipment included), restaurant and Spa for Ayurvedic treatments we will enjoy.
Breakfast included.
We will get lunch and dinner out as a group every day at healthy clean cafes to experience different places & cuisines.
Wake up with sunrise to enjoy a devotional long energising Yoga, breath work & journal practice before breakfast.
Daily love meditation walk to Ma Ganga to dip & offer our love & prayers to her flowing out to the ocean of all.
Exciting day trips are included to Vashistha cave & waterfall, the Beatles ashram & the Shiva temples of Rishikesh. (& Option to go River Rafting on Ganga.)
Lunch out.
Late afternoon recharging Yin Yoga.
Before sunset, walk to Ganga Aarti.
Dinner out.
Special surprise evenings.
We can travel together from the UK as a small group arriving in Delhi on the 3rd early am.
Transfer cars will be arranged for all to travel together from Delhi to Rishikesh (6 hr drive).
Same for return, unless you decide to travel onwards further.
For the next wonderful week will be at the International Yoga Festival 9-15th March. We will transfer to Parmarth Niketon on the 8th for the festival to start on the 9th.
We will all be booking our tickets with accommodation and food included separately via their website.
